Rocking the fro!

Round 2

This is the start of a new week! LETS GOOOOOOOO BABYYYYYY!! I am feeling more confident than before and I’m aware that’s what experience tends to do. Once you have experienced a thing it becomes familiar and makes you feel more prepared to do it again. This time we start off with a group full of men (last week it was women). I think this is going to be interesting…unlike women, men tend to be hesitant to express themselves emotionally. Which I completely understand. Training happens and it went pretty well. I could tell that their guards were still up but I was excited to see how they unfold because tomorrow is a lot heavier emotionally. We start to talk about trauma and how it has affected them.

What I ate 🥙:

For breakfast I had porridge again lol. Maize porridge to be exact. It taste like grits but the texture is different.

For lunch, we all ate together. They served rice, potatoes (which they call chips), a type of banana stew, beef, and chicken.

I skipped dinner because lunch was so heavy.

What I miss 🧡:

I miss going out to eat with you and just being in your company!
